We build a website for you and host it for free. Most guests like to browse pictures and review amenities on a website before booking. When they are ready they can book and we handle the credit card transaction. Or they can ask questions through any channel and our AI will answer them in their own language.
When a guest books online we immediately send you their booking info. You pick how you want it sent: email, WhatsApp text, or any combination. You can also have us send a voice summary by WhatsApp. You can choose to have them sent at a time that works for you.
If a guest walks in and books a room it's easy for you to let the InnBook system know that room is no longer available. You can use email, WhatsApp text, WhatsApp voice, web app text chat, or web app voice chat. The point is, use whatever method is easiest for you.

How It Works
Guests can search by price range, accommodation type (inn, villa, motel), specific room features (non-smoking room, double bed), and much more. Then they can see matches on a map with prices shown.
Room vacancy is tracked in an InnBook calendar that is kept synchronized with your current booking system. You can view and download the InnBook calendar anytime, and even use it as your primary calendar if you wish, adding any walk-in guests as needed.
InnBook accepts credit card payments and sends funds to you using a rapid funds transfer system you probably already have. PayPal, GCash, and many other regional equivalents.

I'm Eric Dormer — a Canadian engineer and business owner based in Ottawa. I've run my own one-person operations and built several small businesses from scratch. I know the feeling: you're doing the actual work, and the phone rings. You can't answer it. The guest hangs up and dials your competitor. That business is gone before you even knew it existed.
Traditional answering services don't solve this. All they do is write down a phone number and promise a callback. The person taking the call has no knowledge of your business — your service area, your pricing, your specialties, your operating rules. They can't answer questions, they can't qualify the lead, and they certainly can't book a job.
